SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $79 or more. Orders under $79 ship at a rate calculated by the carrier at checkout.

All domestic orders ship via UPS Ground unless an expedited option is selected at checkout. UPS Ground typically delivers within 3-5 business days, depending on your location relative to Charlotte, NC.

Need it faster? Expedited shipping via FedEx Priority is available at checkout at your expense. FedEx Priority typically delivers within 1-2 business days.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and may occasionally be subject to delays outside of our control, such as weather, carrier volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via DHL and FedEx. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected carrier. Delivery times vary by destination. Most international orders arrive within 7-14 business days.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping rate calculated at checkout. HEYDEY APPAREL has no control over customs delays or fees imposed by your country's customs authority.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through UPS, FedEx, or DHL using the tracking number provided.
